He has over 20 years experience in auditing and accounting in real estate, investment banking, and software and computer technology companies. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture and bank financing, and has held financial officer positions in companies with worldwide operations.

Sima Jabbour has a business and management degree from the University of Maryland and is a CPA Candidate. She has 20 years of diverse work experience in international business and a comprehensive background in market research, project development, proposal preparation, and financial systems and has extensive experience in accounting for construction, restaurant, retail, and other small business operations.
